At The Chaos Theory, every order is packed with care. Since our products are made-to-order, we currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only accepted for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Sale items or gift cards
Because our products are made specifically for each order, general returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you regarding the replacement or refund process.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
